Shipping Information:

Orders placed will ship within 24 hours once payment has been made. Orders placed in spring time months may take an additional 24 hours due to high order volume.

Orders will ship via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex ground services. We try to get the product to you within a business week if not sooner. Orders can be rushed to 3 day, 2nd day or next day services.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds will be provided in merchandise, unless order was an error on our end. You will then receive credit back to your credit card if you so choose. Returns must have RA# (return authorization #) before items will be accepted back. Please call us (1-877-727-6537) to get an RA#. Orders may be canceled only if items have not shipped.
